AlArabi Club: A Kuwaiti football club, the club was founded on October 20, 1960, and was officially known on the date of November 11, 1962. The club previously bore the name AlOrouba from 1954 to 1960, and the clubs members were among the Kuwaiti Arab nationalists who supported Gamal Abdel Nasser, after much controversy and discussions between sports clubs, all sports clubs were dissolved and it was officially declared after independence in 1962 and was named AlArabi Sports Club. AlArabi Club is the second most popular club in the official tournament held under the auspices of the Kuwait Football Association, with forty-one titles behind its traditional rivals, Al-Qadisiyah, which has forty-five titles. The clubs football stadium is Sabah Al-Salem Stadium, located in Kuwait City, in the Mansouriya area, with a capacity of 22,000 spectators.
